The University of Minnesota, Crookston, has been using CRM for enrollment management since the fall of 2013. Michelle Christopherson, director of the Center for Adult Learning, reports that CRM has impacted many of the functions of the office; the old ways of communicating to students, tracking information, and planning marketing campaigns needed to be realigned in order take full advantage of CRM. The information CRM provides is valuable.
